Quotes for custom orders
All quotes from sweetly swirled are valid until the specified due date.

for invoices created by me, full payment is required 2 weeks before the event date to avoid automatic cancellation

For all custom orders a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to be paid at the time of booking to secure your spot.. The remaining balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the specified due date will result in your order being cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellations/ Refunds
Please make sure you are 100% certain about your order when booking to avoid any dissapointment.
For all custom orders: if you wish to cancel your order more than 2 weeks to the event date, you will lose your 50% non-refundable deposit that was paid when booking, but will be subject to a refund of any payment made outside of that 50% deposit.
f you wish to cancel your order within 2 weeks of the event date, you will forfeit the entire amount of the order.
For all other orders: if you cancel your booking within seven (7) days of pick-up/delivery date, your total order amount will be forfeited. All postponements of events we require at least a weeks notice and a new order date will be subject to availability.
