How much notice do you need for orders?
As I am a one man band, the more notice the better! At least 4 weeks notice is preferable for all orders.
If there’s something coming up last minute, just reach out & I’ll try my best to help you out!
Please keep in mind that last minute orders may not always be an option.
When am I expected to make payment of my invoice?
For all invoices, full payment is required 2 weeks before the event date to avoid automatic cancelation.
All last minute orders require full payment upfront.
Orders over $200 are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit & the remaining amount 2 weeks prior to your event.
Refund/cancellation policy

I understand there are unavoidable circumstances that may affect your order and I will do my very best to help you out.
Please make sure you are 100% certain about your order when booking to avoid any dissapointment.
For all custom orders: if you wish to cancel your order more than 2 weeks to the event date, you will lose your 50% non-refundable deposit that was paid when booking, but will be subject to a refund of any payment made outside of that 50% deposit.
If you wish to cancel your order within 2 weeks of the event date, you will forfeit the entire amount of the order.
For all other orders: if you cancel your booking within seven (7) days of pick-up/delivery date, your total order amount will be forfeited. All postponements of events we require at least a weeks notice and a new order date will be subject to availability.
